Exotendon is a supportive device for shoulder instability. It references the body’s muscles and tendons in the shoulder for the direction of stretch within the fabric. In comparison to the Sully Shoulder Brace currently on the market, Exotendon uses lightweight, breathable Neoprene, is less restrictive, simplifies the supportive straps on the brace, and keeps the straps tight when arm is lifted. Exotendon is a simpler yet supportive design for the user.
Runners have places to keep their phones while on a run, but what happens when they need first aid? There is no place to keep those band aids, blister bandages, Neosporin, etc. Runners who train for marathons also have to carry gel and electrolyte chews or other nutritional items to replenish while on the run. Runner’s Kit is designed to be a small, lightweight, and universal sized first aid kit to fit any arm band and hold quick first aid necessities, electrolytes, ID, and keys.
Compreshin is a compression sleeve that provides “treatment on the go” and relief to shin splints or swelling in the lower legs.
Injury Elevation Stool
This stool is focused on elevation for the leg and/or arm of athletic injuries. Sports trainers can transport the stool to and from athletic events and on and off the field or court with ease.
Proper elevation requires the injured limb to be above the user’s heart or at an average height of 12 inches. The user’s arm must sit at 45 degrees from the body and elbow bent at 90 degrees. For leg elevation, the leg should not be locked and knee should have a slight bend. This bend must be between 45 and 90 degrees. Resting the calf on a surface will assist with making sure there is a proper leg bend.
The projects and designs shown in this page reflect Pratt Institute’s 3D curriculum of intertwining balance, form, surfaces, and color into a product. Exploring how the user interacts with a product, how the product directs the user, and how the product isn’t only functional, but also beautiful.

Wipeable Soap Dispenser
Designed a wipeable soap dispenser during my time with Lifetime Brands’ Product Development and Industrial Design teams. The Wipeable Soap Dispenser is the solution to the leaking soap dispensers being sold today. The flat top surface allows the user to push down the cap, wipe the soap directly with the sponge, and allow the soap to spread on the sponge. It requires only one hand and the excess soap will dry on the surface waiting for next use.
